Frosty weather

Bee coz I...am still in bed safely under the covers I can't bring myself to go out in the cold for a walk! Lucky I have Zumba tonight so I can justify staying put.

I was flicking through my photos trying to find one for my post, something became apparent - I need a hair cut! It will have to wait a few days as I'm off to Tassie at the end of the week for some time out.

Things have been very busy on all fronts and I worked out that I was not home - other than to sleep for about 10 days, no wonder I'm tired lol Tassie always charges my batteries. Might even get to see some snow!

Well I have nothing else to report other than I'm addicted to a new TV show called The Time Of Our Lives on ABC!

The Lake

Bee coz I....have been sick again - silly lungs, I have been taking it easy, I've maintained but not lost so looks like my 1st July goal will be missed, or rather postponed to the 1st August.

I still can't do a full on Zumba but at least I still keep turning up.

The Lake has been my best friend, I have been doing it on the weekends, yesterday I did it twice, once in daylight the other by moonlight. I've never done the lake in the dark, it was beautiful.

I slept like a log when I got home.

1st of July?

Bee coz I...have had another bout of lung and chest ill health I have been unable to do much on the exercise front. I have done a few walks and after almost 3 weeks off I have just gone back to Zumba. I'm not back to 100% that will take a couple of weeks but I'm back at exercise.

This time I stopped and looked after myself so it won't drag out over 6 months like last time. I kept warm, dry and gave in and took the nasty drugs!

The down side is that I put on 2kg in 3 weeks after maintaining for so long! The upside is I know what to do about it - pull in the belt, knuckle down and set a new goal!

I'm now back at 7kg to get to the 40kg loss goal which the closest I've been to was 3kg to go(I think?) so my short term goal is 2kg by 1 June 13 and then 7kg by my trip to the UK!

This tiger (or pink striped Zebra) is back!
