Day 211 - on the mend!

Bee coz I....have been taking it easy I have been really looking after myself, no big hills, no running just a nice stroll . I didn't even time myself to take the pressure off.

I am feeling better tonight than I did last night so that's a good sign.

Made a big pan of green soup, I can smell it in the slow cooker now- delish!

Just had an easy dinner tonight of veggie juice and pita with mushrooms grilled with a bit of garlic salt on top.

Next week I am going to work out roughly how much it costs to eat healthy for the week so stay tuned - Bee

Bfast: diet shake
Lunch: veggie juice and cheese and spinach sandwich.
Dinner: as above plus a yoghurt.
