1st of July?

Bee coz I...have had another bout of lung and chest ill health I have been unable to do much on the exercise front. I have done a few walks and after almost 3 weeks off I have just gone back to Zumba. I'm not back to 100% that will take a couple of weeks but I'm back at exercise.

This time I stopped and looked after myself so it won't drag out over 6 months like last time. I kept warm, dry and gave in and took the nasty drugs!

The down side is that I put on 2kg in 3 weeks after maintaining for so long! The upside is I know what to do about it - pull in the belt, knuckle down and set a new goal!

I'm now back at 7kg to get to the 40kg loss goal which the closest I've been to was 3kg to go(I think?) so my short term goal is 2kg by 1 June 13 and then 7kg by my trip to the UK!

This tiger (or pink striped Zebra) is back!
