Wrong way go back!

Bee coz I....have gone full steam ahead with my exercise for almost two weeks, I jumped on the scales to see what my bodies reaction would be. The result was a 1kg gain.

Luckily I know my body and I know by my fingers that I am storing some fluid which always happens when I do loads of exercise or when the weather warms up. My tight pants are no tighter or looser so i'm not bothered.

I have gone from doing nothing while I was sick to exercising twice a day. I am doing well on the 10000 step challenge but every muscle in my body knows I'm doing it :)

B:tartex on rye bread
L: rice paper rolls, banana, strawbs and yoghurt
D: baked chicken and peppers
