1000 steps

Bee coz I ....decided to go for a walk this afternoon and fancied some leg work and cardio, I chose the 1000 steps for my workout as I have not done it for a while.

Someone told me there is actually less than 800 steps but it felt like there was 2000! They just keep going and going and going.

My arse is already killing me and I know my legs will be by tomorrow but no pain no gain!

I'm having an early night (8.45pm) so night night bee x

B:crumpet with ginger honey
L:chicken ticker, rice and rocket wrap
D: salmon, rocket, cream cheese and capers on multi grain, yoghurt, grapes and nuts.
