Day 152 - boy do i ache!

Bee coz...I went strait from boxing to committee i did not get to stretch out as much as i would have liked, as a result i am aching, lucky for me i have zumba tonight so will get to stretch it out later.

Had fun in work today, a program i am working on is working out, we are falling behind the first team on the 10000 step challenge and i am doing everything i can to rev our team up. I told them it will be boot camp week 4 if we dont pick up the pace!

Well once again i had better race out the door or i will miss Zumba - Bee

Bfast: bran flakes
lunch: salad -yum and roasted broad beans
dinner: smoked salmon on soy and linseed with fruit.
