Day 157 - spa o' clock

Bee coz I....did a run after work, sorted dinner then did deep water aerobics, spa o'clock could not come quick enough.
I am so tired I can't see strait so hi ho hi ho it's off to bed I go! Night night Bee
Bfast: diet shake
Lunch: same as yesterday, smoked salmon roll with yoghurt, plumb and a grain bar.
Dinner: steamed veggie gioza yum!
