Bee coz I...am still unwell everyone keeps saying, slow down, rest up etc - well I am! And I am still sick, last time I was sick I didn't slow down and ended up with shingles so , no running or Zumba until I am better (hmmm better be better by Thursday)
I am just going for walks and doing some ab crunches each night.
On the up side I have not felt like eating much so I have gone for strong healthy flavored food. With a green veggie theme!

Bfast: branflakes
Lunch: green soup with spinach and fetta pita
Dinner: as above - yum steak and salad!
Oh honey I am sorry you are not feeling great, really hope you will be fighting fit again really soon. Lots of love xxx
