Bfast: up and go and a banana
Lunch: pita with spinach and fetta, tomato and capers
Dinner: chilli con carne tacos with spinach and tomato
Snack: half a small pack of Jacobs twigglets - a rare treat :)
Bee Coz I… Like talking to myself I occasionally Blog. I am on a health kick, I'm not perfect and I do best when I stick to my own eating plan, I love to walk and Zumba too (not at the same time) I have never really kept a diary but to help keep on track this will do! I can guarantee it will be boring, full of grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and the odd made up word (if Shakespeare can make up words so can I) so consider yourself warned. -Bee

Day 224 - thanks for the support!
Bee coz I....got up and did zumba on this cold sat morning I realized two things, 1. I need some long track pants and 2. I need to retire my sports bra, I bought it at the start of december and it was probably a size to small but worked, now it gives me a little to much shimmy ability in Zumba. Good bye old faithful and thanks for the support - Bee
