Fri: got picked up by a chippy called Jack next to the sprouts in woolies at 7.30am. Caught up with my friend Caro and her 8 children after work then went and rescued Connie from a wild karaoke night. Chatted on fb to Mucker until about 1.30am.
Sat: did some washing, Zumba at 8am followed by food shopping - lots of bargains and everything I wanted was on special, discovered I can now buy fairy washing up liquid at Coles!! Cooked a soup then met Jane at 11.20am and did a jog. Lunch, mowed the lawns/bog, house work, walk, dinner then watched Martin Clunes in a show about manta rays (I love Martin Clunes) then shower (second for the day) and out like a light.
Sun: walk, house work, went to movies to see Harry Potter (it was ace!!) Jorja came over for the arvo so lots of playing and watching iggle piggle! Dinner then out for coffee, picked Billy up then hit the sack.
Mon: work, dinner and zumba, watch TV, Blog and Bed!!

B: toast with light phili and ham
L: soup and branflakes with strawbs and valia light yoghurt (see pic)
D: roast veg and marinated steak with diet dessert.
