Bee Coz I....am sick i am off work for a few days with shingles. I am also not to do group fitness until Wednesday night but i am still ok to exercise solo so i will be doing interval training if i feel up to it!
Hung out with Leo all day and made a very nice lunch.

Lunch: omelet with halloumi, zucchini, mushroom and ham
Dinner: salmon on rye cruskets with fruit
