Day 128 - 10000 steps

Bee coz I....have joined a team at work who are taking part in a 10,000 step challenge, I got my pedometer today just after lunch! The idea is you have to take 10,000 steps everyday to be healthy. Well between 2pm and 9pm I got my steps in!

Zumba was great tonight, I got to see Jorja as they are back from their trip and work was great so it was a good day all round x x Bee x x

Bfast: all bran and toast
Lunch chicken wrap and pumpkin soup
Dinner: crackers and hommus, grain bar diet desert
Snack: glass of veggie juice.
