I am actually very nervous about going but I know I will like it - well I hope I will lol have not felt this nervous since I had to do my first 20 none stop jog.
I had a good lunch and will eat a banana mid afternoon as I won't be home until 8.15 tonight which is to late for me to eat so i might just have a diet shake tonight.

Bfast: crackers and cheese with fruit
Lunch: jogger lunch with lychee nut mix and yoghurt
Snack: will be a banana
Dinner: Will be a diet shake I think!
