Day 12 -just a quick post (17 kg's to go)

Bee Coz I...only have a few mins its just a quick one tonight, did a weigh in (two days early i know) and i have lost 2kg this week! nice one the guy at the gym said i would lose two and he was right!
just some pics tonight as i am off to Zumba!
My highlight for the day.. reading my bro's face book status that said.."my cocks gone missing".

I'll leave you with that thought and explain tomorrow.

B'fast: beans on toast
lunch: beans on toast ( well i had opened the can!) with nuts and fruit.
Dinner beans on toast, nah just joking fruit and veggie juice and a halloumie and ham omelet.
