Day 61 - Freedom!

Bee Coz I....could, i went to Zumba, i did  interval training first then to Z. As usual it was a great class.
I also ate some cereal before i ate to keep my sugar levels up!

Well short but sweet as i just got home - Bee

B'fast:diet shake
lunch: salad sandwich
dinner: toast. sweet potato dip, nuts and fruit.
