Bee Coz I....worked late tonight decided to do interval training instead of water aerobics, i learned three things while training today...
1. Never ever drink a diet shake and decide to go interval training 10 mins later.
2. How to dodge mean looking dogs while training
3. I am very determined, i wanted to give in 7 mins in to the training but kept going.
When i finished i decided to treat myself to a big bottle of sparkling mineral water, there is nothing like the feel of cold bubbles in your mouth after you have sweated buckets!
When i finally got home it was about 8.30pm and the sun was mostly down, next doors had done his lawns and it was making mine look bad to i gave it a cheeky mow, we are not suppose to mow after 7pm here but there are no kids in the area and next doors said it would be fine. I was dark when i finished so it will be funny to see what it looks like tomorrow! i'll let you know.

Bfast: cereal
Lunch: tartex on multi grain rolls.
Dinner: diet shake.
Snack: 1 digestive biscuit, 1 small chicken sandwich triangle and water melon.
