Bee coz I....had two days of lunch out in a row, today was back to reality, lucky I like reality :)
I am so loving having my little veggie box at the front door, I ate some basil today on the way in to the house, yesterday I sampled chives.
Did 30 mins of interval training tonight followed by deep water. Kathy is back so it was a hard work out - just what I like.
Wow i have made it to Day 150!

Bfast: branflakes
Lunch: soup, crackers with cream cheese and diet choc mouse
Dinner: salmon on soy and linseed with lettuce and cream cheese.
Snack: roasted broad beans.
