Day 179 - 4km's isn't much!

Bee coz I... Was told I shouldn't do too much walking until I mend a bit but I really enjoyed a stroll with Jane tonight we just took our time, when we got back we looked at the gps and time and we were only 10 mins slower over the hour and we had waited at the lights for 5 mins as the crossing was broken so that was good!

On the mend now bee x x

Bfast cheese and crackers
Lunch as above
Dinner: prawns and salad and some licorice.
Snack: nurofen lol
