Day 49 - A morning in the life of my feet

8am - 9am ZUMBA

9.30am - 10.30am mowing

10.50am - 11.25 Interval Training

11.30am - 12.30pm Body balance

B'fast: diet shake
Lunch: Turkey and Veggie ricepaper rolls fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Crunch Noodle Salad and diet dessert
Snack: nuts
