Day 109 - Wednesday walks

Bee coz I....dreamt I ran a marathon last night, I woke up tired. My legs were aching too. I did some stretches and that helped. Maybe I didn't to enough stretching after my last jog.

You will be pleased to know I got my eyebrows done so I am ready now for work tomorrow.

Wednesday walks are back on again, Jane and her family are back from there holiday to the USA. The all had a great time and Harry potter world sounds great!

Well it's an early night for me, can't wait until tomorrow - Bee

Bfast: soy and linseed toast with pumpkin spread
Lunch: tacos low fat version.
Snack: grain bar
Dinner: veggie juice, crackers with low fat cream cheese.
