I finished the couch to 5km program today. I must say I can't believe I have done it. I a qualified real jogger now! Woo hoo. Also did Zumba with the energizer bunny again today, it was more fun as we knew some of the moves this time around.
Well back to work tomorrow and out to a gig tomorrow night so it's an early one for me x Bee x
Bfast : diet shake and fruit
Lunch: hot pot and toast with a yoghurt
Dinner: subway- chicken teriyaki with salad
Snack: snack right fruit pillows 2.
