Went for a jog after work and was very proud to see that I covered just over 5km. It was quite warm too.
Well up early for a fundraiser at the gym for the floods, I will be doing Zumba and body balance.

Bfast: crackers with tomato
Lunch: toasted ham and tomato sandwich with beans, yoghurt and plumb
Snack: grain bar
Dinner: sushi and cherries after my run.
